Another objective
of Bay Breeze LLC is to develop a food service facility
within an existing building at the north end of the
hotel property.
The southern end of Pine Island offers no opportunities
for boaters or residents to purchase quick and
affordable food to either take with them on their boats
or to bring back to their homes after boating.
A restaurant on-site will offer quality prepackaged and
prepared meals as well as fresh fish cooked to order for
boaters looking to take their meals with them or to take
them home after boating.
The restaurant will also appeal to residents of the area
both during the height of the tourist season and
off-season.
The food service will also provide gourmet meals for
guests looking to eat in their rooms or who want to take
a packaged gourmet meal with them on an excursion.
